Terms and conditions

Offers, deliveries and services of Mäser Technik GmbH to businesses are subject to our General Terms of Sale and Delivery; our orders placed with suppliers are subject to our General Terms of Purchase – in each case in the version sent with the quotation, order confirmation or purchase order. The current version is 2026-10. The German version is binding; an English translation is available on request.
