■ Sourcing
We read the drawing before we send it out.
We do not machine parts ourselves. We know which factory is good at which part, what it should cost and where a drawing costs money for no reason. Production takes place at selected partners in Europe and Asia. Your contractual partner is always us.
Drawing parts
Single parts, prototypes and small series to your drawing – steel, stainless, aluminium, brass, plastics and special materials.
Assemblies
Many parts, one delivery date. We coordinate production, bought-in parts and assembly until the unit is ready to install.
Series and frame contracts
Repeat parts made in annual lots and delivered on call-off. Less work for purchasing, shorter lead times.
Spare and problem parts
The old supplier can no longer deliver, the part is discontinued, there is no drawing: we look for a way – or tell you honestly that there is none.
Development support
From the idea to a stable series: feasibility, material, tolerances and building the supply chain for your product.
Process
From enquiry to part.
You keep the same contact person for the whole order.
Enquiry
By e-mail with your drawing. We check the documents and ask if anything is missing.
Quotation
We ask suitable factories and calculate. You will know right away when the quotation will arrive.
Production
Once you order, we steer production, follow up on dates and settle questions directly with the factory.
Delivery
Cleanly packed and labelled. On request with inspection report and material certificate.
PDF, STEP, DXF – with tolerances, material and surface.
A spare part without documents? Photos with a scale, or the sample itself.
What the part has to do, how many, by when. We clarify the rest.
Questions
What buyers and engineers want to know first.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. We also deliver single parts. You save most on repeat parts, because set-up costs and freight are shared.
Who makes my parts?
Selected manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia, depending on part, quantity and date. Your contractual partner and contact is always us.
Do my drawings stay confidential?
Yes. We pass on documents only as far as needed for quotation and production – neutralised, without your name or company. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
Do I get inspection reports and certificates?
Yes, if you ask for them with your enquiry: inspection reports and material certificates to EN 10204.
Where do you deliver?
Throughout the EU and to Switzerland. For Switzerland we prepare the customs papers.
What are the commercial terms?
What the quotation says. Usually: payment 14 days net, delivery ex works Dornbirn, Austrian law, place of jurisdiction Feldkirch.
Do you have a part for us?
Send the drawing by e-mail. You will get a personal answer.
